Internet Of Things RC Camp
CYC collaborated with Faurecia
and LHP to offer a data analytics and Raspberry Pi programming based approach to RC car fun for kids, aged 9-15 years old. Campers even got their own Raspberry Pi to take home at the end of the camp.

Rustic Makerspace
Kids, aged 10-14 years old, built birdhouses, whittled, used a wood lathe, built nature murals, and more. Campers had a chance to get their hands dirty while learning new skills. Day ended with an hour at the lake.

Adventure Camp
Kids, aged 10-14 years old, went deep into nature at Adventure Camp. Kids learned bush craft skills such as orienteering, fishing, wood carving, high ropes, hiking, kayaking, and more. Day ended with an hour at the lake.

Arts & Crafts Camp
Kids, aged 6-10 years old, got their creative juices flowing at Arts and Crafts camp while having fun in the process. Projects included pottery, painting, and nature crafts. Day ended with an hour at the lake.

ABC Stewart Camp
For kids, aged 5-9 years old, this was the last call for summer time fun! ABC Stewart campers rounded out the summer with swimming, kayaking, hiking, archery, camp crafts, and s’mores.
Animal Camp
Do fish drink water? Can raccoons swim? Can alligators walk in a straight line? Kids, ages 6-10 years old, found out while learning about the exciting world of animals during CYC’s Animal Specialty Camp! Day ended with an hour at the lake.

Bike Camp
Kids, aged 10-15 years old, enjoyed mountain and BMX biking on our dirt track and trails! At CYC Bike Camp kids rode single track every day. This camp was perfect for those who love riding bikes and wanted to learn more! Bikes were provided and the kids had to know how to ride a bike. Day ended with an hour at the lake.

Design Camp
Design Campers, aged 10-15 years old, picked a project and designed it from the ground up. Potential projects included bridges and playscape elements with instruction provided by a community expert. Campers moved from design to construction by the end of the week.

Truck & Engine Camp
For the car, truck, and farm equipment enthusiast, Truck and Engine camp took a fun and educational look at engines big and small. Campers, aged 6-10 years old, operated our Remote Control cars on a full size outdoor dirt track.

The American Camp Association is a community of camp professionals who, for over 100 years, have joined together to share our knowledge and experience and to ensure the quality of camp programs. Because of our diverse 11,000 plus membership and our exceptional programs, children and adults have the opportunity to learn powerful lessons in community, character building, skill development, and healthy living—lessons that can be learned nowhere else.
